Braman’s termite elimination service is second to none. By offering both the Sentricon® Colony Elimination System baiting program and Termidor® liquid termiticide, Braman Termite & Pest Elimination can provide our customers with the solution that best meets their individual needs and preferences.

Our entire staff of licensed termite inspectors and technicians have both the knowledge and the experience to solve termite problems in any type of structure. Every termite service begins with a thorough inspection of the home or building to determine areas of termite activity as well as to identify any conditions present in the structure that could be conducive to termites. By identifying both active and at-risk areas, we can design the most appropriate plan to treat your home or business.

Since 1996 Braman Termite & Pest Elimination has been authorized to install and service the Sentricon® Colony Elimination System. One of several baiting systems in the marketplace, Sentricon® is the only product that promises termite colony elimination and has the scientific data to back up the claim. From the White House to the Alamo, more than 2 million structures are now being protected by Sentricon®.

Sentricon® stations, which contain a cellulose food source and an electronic monitoring device, are placed in the soil around your home. Termites are constantly foraging for new food sources and this behavior leads them to enter and feed in the Sentricon® stations. Workers will mark the trails leading to the food source with pheromones, recruiting other workers to the new food source. Once termite feeding is electronically detected, the monitor is replaced with Recruit™ IV termite bait. Recruit™ IV is so tasty to termites that it’s preferred over the wood in your home. Recruit™ IV is distributed throughout the colony, leading to complete colony elimination.

In order for the Sentricon® Colony Elimination System to accomplish this task, the system needs to be correctly installed and maintained. Braman’s certified Sentricon® technicians are fully trained on the proper setup and maintenance of the system, ensuring that all of our customers achieve the desired results as quickly and efficiently as possible.

While some companies offer to control termites, our goal at Braman Termite & Pest Elimination has always been to eliminate the termite problem in our customer’s home or business. It is with this in mind that we chose Termidor®, the most effective new liquid barrier treatment product to come along since the 1950’s, as the only liquid termiticide product that we use.

Termidor® is a low-dose, odor-free termiticide that termites can not detect. Applied to the soil around and under a structure, termite workers will pass through the barrier, picking up Termidor® in the food they gather and on their bodies. When these workers return to the colony, they begin to pass the Termidor® around the colony through feeding and physical contact. This distribution, known as the “Transfer Effect”, maximizes the effectiveness of Termidor®. To date, Braman Termite & Pest Elimination has not had a recurrence of termites in any structure we have treated with this excellent product.
